Through the relating to that sense, from its experience of being seen and heard, next forward moving steps emerge.<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"Le Focusing propose un cheminement, un dialogue. \"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>The Focusing proposes a path, a dialogue.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Faire une pause dans une situation en cours ;\">Take a break in an ongoing situation; <\/span><span title=\"cr\u00e9er un espace doux d\u2019attention sans jugement ;\">create a soft space of attention without judgment; <\/span><span title=\"\u00e9couter tout ce qui est \u00ab l\u00e0-bas \u00bb dans le corps. \">listen to everything that is \u00ab\u00a0down there\u00a0\u00bb, in the body.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Le Focusing fait appel \u00e0 notre nature intrins\u00e8quement relationnelle et propose un accueil ouvert, curieux, compr\u00e9hensif et patient. \"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Focusing uses our intrinsically relational nature and offers an open, curious, space of relating with compassion, non-jugment and understanding.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Cela permet de se mettre en lien avec \u00ab quelque chose \u00bb, souvent non verbal, vague.\">This makes it possible to relate to something, often nonverbal, vague. <\/span><span title=\"En restant pr\u00e9sent avec cette sensation (appel\u00e9e \u00ab sens corporel \u00bb ) on peut recevoir des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur nous-m\u00eames (au del\u00e0 de nos pens\u00e9es, nos avis, nos \u00e9motions, au del\u00e0 de ce que l\u2019on \u00ab sait \u00bb d\u00e9j\u00e0).\">By remaining present with this sensation (called \u00ab\u00a0bodily sense\u00a0\u00bb) we can receive precious information about ourselves (beyond our thoughts, our opinions, our emotions, beyond what we already know). <\/span><span title=\"Elles ont une qualit\u00e9 de \u00ab justesse \u00bb, d\u2019alignement avec notre \u00eatre.\">They have a quality of \u00ab\u00a0rightness\u00a0\u00bb, alignment with our being. <\/span><span title=\"Elles peut \u00eatre surprenantes et \u00ab fra\u00eeches \u00bb. \">They can be surprising and \u00ab\u00a0fresh\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Le Focusing nous permet de nous relier \u00e0 une dimension plus profonde de nous-m\u00eames comme source d\u2019information et de sagesse int\u00e9rieure. \"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Focusing allows us to relate to a deeper dimension of ourselves as a source of information and inner wisdom.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Nous pouvons ainsi avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des contenus qui n\u2019ont pas encore trouv\u00e9 les mots pour se dire. \">We can have access to content that has not yet found the words to say.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Avec le Focusing ces contenus, parfois tr\u00e8s m\u00e9taphoriques, deviennent conscients et la relation avec eux forme de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019avancement dans notre vie. \">With Focusing these contents, sometimes very metaphorical, become conscious and the relationship with them forms new possibilities of advancement in our life.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">In my body, there is always the story waiting to be told every time I notice feelings, sensations and \u00ab\u00a0bodily senses\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\n<span class=\"\">My body has its own language through which he wants to talk to me.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Eugine Gendlin<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Back in the 1950&rsquo;s Euging Gendling, a young Phisospher, collaborated with Carl Rogers, founder of Clent-Cenetred therapy in an\u00a0 extensive research of what makes a therapy process a successful. This research found that improvement in therapy had very little to do with a therapist\u2019s therapeutic orientation, specific techniques, or with the type of problem being addressed.
